Participants in some of Delaware’s most historical trials will discuss some of the lessons they learned from trying high-profile and challenging cases in both the Superior Court and Court of Chancery. Our panelists, many of whom are Fellows of the American College of Trial Lawyers, will provide insights from the famous Walt Disney Company trial in 2005, as well as a Superior Court Medical malpractice case which yielded the largest verdict to date for such a case.
