This Section provides a forum where lawyers and judges can address the many legal aspects and intersections of tourism and hospitality law, including:

  • Food & Beverage
  • Restaurants, bars, hotels, caterers, country clubs
  • Convenience stores, fast food, franchisees, vending operations
  • Supermarkets
  • Gambling and casinos
  • Alcohol production and “three tier” distribution
  • Chicken / poultry industry
  • Soy industry
  • Butchers, bakers (but not candlestick makers)
  • Farms, roadside stands, farmers markets
  • Brewers, distilleries, liquor stores
  • Tobacco, vaping and commercial / pharmaceutical sales of marijuana
