This presentation will provide attendees with an introduction to Delaware third-party opinion practice. The objective is for someone with minimal opinion letter exposure to gain a basic understanding of what third-party opinion letters are and why they are requested. The presentation will provide an overview of the different types of opinions and the general components of a typical opinion letter.
