Client expectations are at an all-time high—leaving today’s firms in need of ways to predict and address the needs of the people they serve. Fortunately, over-the-phone conversations provide an answer for both.

Ruby recently analyzed over 62 million customer calls to find out what impact the phone has on today’s businesses and we found some eye-opening trends. In this presentation, we’ll share those findings along with practical tips anyone can use to delight customers and make phone calls work for their business.

Attendees will learn:

-Why more business opportunities than ever are happening over the phone
– How to reduce robocalls and other “noise” taking space from legitimate calls
-Why frustrated callers are on the rise, and how to navigate challenging conversations
-How changing phone trends point to shifts in customer sentiment, seasonality, and expectations around response time

Steffney Jones is a Partner Development Manager at Ruby where she connects with growth-minded organizations and speaks around the country on top lead generating tactics, client success strategies, growth hacks, and revenue boosters. For almost seven years, Steffney has served small business communities and helped them understand how they can meet their revenue goals through meaningful client experiences.
