A review of the best practices that will help the Delaware practitioner and visiting counsel PHV succeed. The panel will cover practical tips on perfecting the appeal, brief preparation, courtroom conduct, and effective advocacy tailored to Delaware’s highest court.

10:10 a.m. – 11:20 a.m. Ethical Considerations (1.0 ethics credit)
In the second hour, the panel will shift into key ethical questions, including how to handle pro hac vice admissions and the role of transparency in submissions to the Court
11:20 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Break
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Sage Advice and Q&A
The seminar will conclude with a session on sage advice from our panel of experienced lawyers, and court administrators, sharing mentorship-style insights and real-world anecdotes.
This seminar offers 3.0 credits (including 1.0 ethics) to Delaware and Pennsylvania Attorneys and 3.6 credits (including 1.2 ethics) to New Jersey Attorneys. Live location available at Wilmington University, livestream locations in Dover and Seaford.
