The program will include a discussion of the ethical, fiduciary, and employment law issues that arise when attorneys depart from their current practice and transition clients to a new practice; and a discussion on the developments in the caselaw addressing restrictive covenants in employment contracts. The program will conclude with a moderated panel discussion on the fast-developing and complex challenges at the intersection of employment law and the use of generative AI in the workplace.
