 This seminar will provide an overview of the year’s developments in criminal law, corporate law, and general civil litigation through the decisions rendered by the Delaware Supreme Court.   We will also have a discussion led by guest speaker Dean Erwin Chemerinsky, UC Berkeley Law School, that highlights the recently concluded 2024 United States Supreme Court term and previews some of the significant cases in the Court’s current 2025 term.
