We’re a growing Sussex County firm building our attorney bench: mentorship comes straight from the partner, decisions move fast, and self-motivated attorneys get real autonomy early. Ideal candidates are compassionate, analytical, detail-oriented, and strong communicators. Duties include drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, and advising clients on estate planning and administration. DE Bar admission required.
