This seminar will provide an overview of the year’s developments in criminal law, corporate law, and general civil litigation through the decisions rendered by the Delaware Supreme Court. We will also have a discussion that highlights the recently concluded 2026 United States Supreme Court term and preview some of the significant cases in the Court’s current 2027 term. This seminar will be moderated by Justice LeGrow and will feature a panel of distinguished speakers.
