Join three members of the Emerging Technology Committee of the Delaware Commission on Law & Technology for a discussion about Generative AI.  In this seminar, we’ll highlight terminology, GenAI tools for the practice of law, and the impact of GenAI on the courts and legal ethics.

This seminar provides 1 Hour of enhanced ethics credit for Delaware and Pennsylvania Attorneys and is available in Wilmington, Georgetown, and Seaford.

Registration Information

Jessica Tyler is currently Deputy Disciplinary Counsel for the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware.  Before that appointment, Ms. Tyler was a partner at an regional insurance defense firm and spent 10 years representing clients in the defense of civil litigation.  Prior to private practice, Ms. Tyler served as a judicial law clerk in Delaware Family Court.  Ms. Tyler serves on the Emerging Technology Committee for the Delaware Supreme Court Commission on Law and Technology.

Molly DiBianca is the Member In Charge of the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office. Molly regularly serves as a neutral—appointed by the courts and selected by the parties—to assist litigants in resolving their disputes outside the courtroom, and litigates complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts both in and outside of Delaware. She also serves as a Commissioner on the Delaware Supreme Court Commission on Law and Technology and as a Co-Chair of its Emerging Technology Committee.

Stephen I. Winer is a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel in the Legal Department at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City, NJ.  In 2018, Stephen was named General Counsel for Emerging Technology and Head of the Emerging Technology legal team within the Corporate, Global Technology and CAO Law practice group in Corporate Legal.  He also serves as a Commissioner on the Delaware Supreme Court Commission on Law and Technology and as a Co-Chair of its Emerging Technology Committee.
