Program Description:
Maintaining strong legal research skills is crucial for saving time and money for your clients. Having access to a robust database of local and federal case law is necessary information often used to structure your case. Whether you are an entry level associate or partner, legal research is a vital daily task and one that must be continually developed. Decisis provides industry-leading tools to make legal research easier and more intuitive, and it’s a new free benefit to the Delaware State Bar.

This is a FREE CLE to all members of the DSBA and their paralegals and other staff that would benefit in learning about Decisis in connection with Member Appreciation Month.
Lunch will be provided.
This seminar offers 1.0 credits to Delaware and Pennsylvania Attorneys; 1.2 credits to New Jersey Attorneys.

Those attendees who wish to receive CLE credit, other than from Delaware, New Jersey or Pennsylvania, should contact their individual State’s CLE Commission for credit. The Delaware State Bar Association can provide you with the agenda (included in the Materials sent with your registration confirmation) and a Certificate of Attendance (upon completion of the webinar), which should meet the requirements of compliance.
