Fundamentals – Fundamentals courses are required by the CLE Commission. DSBA provides these CLEs at a significant reduction in cost. Fundamental courses will be scheduled approximately 4 times a year on a rotating basis. Remember that you may always take an online Fundamentals course as long as it is viewed within 2 years of taping. You can satisfy (if you wish) all of your Fundamentals credits by viewing all courses with online or on-demand (e-CLE) courses; however, you must adhere to the live credits rule and carry-over limits as defined by the CLE Commission.
Two Year Rule – CLE COMMISSION RULES require that YOU MUST WATCH ANY PURCHASED VIDEO WITHIN TWO YEARS OF THE DATE IT WAS FILMED. For a complete list of CLE Commission Rules, click HERE.
