New to opinion practice? This program will demystify Delaware capacity opinion letters by walking attendees through the role these opinions play in financing transactions, what they cover, and how they fit into the closing process. Two Delaware practitioners will offer a foundational guide to the legal opinions commonly requested and delivered at the closing of a financing transaction, highlighting key concepts, customary assumptions, and practical considerations for both opinion givers and recipients. Panelists will share practical guidance and real-world perspectives to help early-stage practitioners navigate this important area of transactional practice.
