This interactive ethics CLE uses two compelling fictional case studies to examine modern professional responsibility issues facing attorneys. The Three-Week Trial explores the ethical risks of relying on AI when a system failure erases weeks of trial summaries, while The RV Solicitor examines improper client solicitation through a rogue operation targeting accident victims. Participants will discuss attorney competence, technology, solicitation, and practical strategies for navigating these ethical challenges.
This seminar offers 1.5 ethics credits to Delaware and Pennsylvania Attorneys; 1.8 ethics credits to New Jersey Attorneys.
