This CLE will address common cyber exposures facing law firms, including recent cyber claims and losses. It will explore attorneys’ duties of competence and diligence in the cybersecurity context, along with practical risk management strategies. The program will also cover the role of cyber insurance and how firms can better prepare for and respond to cyber incidents.

This seminar offers 1.0 ethics credits to Delaware and Pennsylvania Attorneys; 1.2 ethics credits to New Jersey Attorneys.
