This program explores how cultivating peace—rather than avoiding conflict—strengthens both personal and professional relationships. Drawing on relationship science and practical strategies, the session examines how effective communication, emotional regulation, and constructive conflict management improve well-being, collaboration, and long-term success in romantic partnerships and workplace teams.

Lunch will be provided.

This seminar offers 1.0 ethics credits to Delaware and Pennsylvania Attorneys, 1.2 ethics credits to NJ Attorneys.

Those attendees who wish to receive CLE credit, other than from Delaware, New Jersey or Pennsylvania, should contact their individual State’s CLE Commission for credit. The Delaware State Bar Association can provide you with the agenda (included in the Materials sent with your registration confirmation) and a Certificate of Attendance (upon completion of the webinar), which should meet the requirements of compliance.
