A native of Wilmington, Kathy Jennings joined the Delaware Department of Justice out of law school, starting her legal career as one of just two women in the Criminal Division. In the years that followed, she prosecuted scores of domestic violence, sexual assault, and homicide cases â including working with the FBI, New Castle County Police Department, and Delaware State Police to investigate and prosecute a serial killer who tortured and murdered five women.
She would go onto serve as both State Prosecutor and Chief Deputy Attorney General, prior to entering private practice where she represented individuals and companies in criminal, regulatory and civil matters. She would return to the DOJ in 2011 as State Prosecutor under Attorneys General Beau Biden and Matt Denn. Prior to running for Attorney General, Kathy served as Chief Administrative Officer of New Castle County under County Executive Matt Meyer, managing personnel and budgetary matters for Delawareâs second-largest public employer. On January 1st, 2019, she was sworn in as Delawareâs 46th Attorney General.

Judge Martin concentrates his law practice on mediation and arbitration and on business counseling, particularly in the areas of telecommunications, public utilities and governmental relations.
Prior to joining the firm of Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, Josh was President and Chief Executive Officer of Verizon Delaware from 1996 until early 2005, where he was responsible for all aspects of its telecommunications business within the state of Delaware, including regulatory, financial and operational matters. He first joined Verizon’s predecessor (Bell Atlantic) in Delaware in 1990 as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to that, Josh was a Delaware Superior Court Judge for eight years. Earlier, he served on the Delaware Public Service Commission from 1978 to 1982, including three years as Chairman. A physicist by training, Josh began his legal career as a patent attorney for Hercules, Inc. from 1974 to 1982.

The Honorable Gregory M. Sleet (Ret.)

Hon. Gregory M. Sleet (Ret.) served 20 years on the bench of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, including seven years as Chief Judge. During Judge Sleet’s tenure on the District Court bench, he gained deep experience in a number of areas of complex commercial litigation, especially patent litigation involving pharmaceutical patents and a wide variety of other technologies. Judge Sleet presided over and resolved by pretrial ruling, trial, or settlement thousands of cases involving a wide variety of subject matter, including: intellectual property, antitrust, bankruptcy, class actions, business/commercial, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, products liability, and securities and tax. Judge Sleet focuses his national practice on mediations, arbitrations and neutral analysis (case evaluation, mock trial).
Before taking the federal bench in 1998, Judge Sleet acquired varied experience in civil and criminal litigation and corporate legal work. He served as the United States Attorney for the District of Delaware, as in-house counsel in the legal department of Hercules Incorporated, and as deputy attorney general handling major civil cases for the State of Delaware.

Vice Chancellor Glasscock served as a judicial officer in Delawareâs Court of Chancery for more than 25 years, having been appointed Vice Chancellor in 2011 after serving in the role now known as Magistrate in Chancery from 1999 to 2011. In addition to his many years of service on Court of Chancery, Vice Chancellor Glasscock is a dedicated mentor and teacher, including at Duke University School of Law, University of Florida Levin College of Law, Georgetown University Law Center, University of Georgia School of Law, Vanderbilt University Law School, and Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
Vice Chancellor Glasscock was born in Erie, Pennsylvania and spent most of his youth in Lewes, Delaware. He received a B.A. in History from the University of Delaware in 1979, a J.D. from Duke University in 1983 and a Masterâs Degree in Marine Policy from the University of Delaware in 1989.

The Honorable Susan C. Del Pesco (Ret.)

Judge Del Pesco is a member of the Delaware bar. She was the first Woman President of the Delaware Bar Association and the first woman to be appointed to the Delaware Superior Court Judge.
After 20 years on the Court and became the Director of the Division of Long-Term Care for the State Department of Health and Social Services.  She retired form that position in 2012.
In 1996 Susan was the first recipient of the newly created Womenâs Leadership Award of the Delaware State Bar Association. And in 2009 she was awarded the Bar Associationâs First State Distinguished Service Award. She was inducted into the Delaware Womenâs Hall of Fame 2011, In 2020. She received the Delaware ACLUâs Kandler Award, given annually to a Delawarean who ârepresents the highest commitment to ensuring the civil rights and liberties of all Delawareansâ.
In 2018 Susan was part of the team that secured the 21st amendment to the Delaware Constitution which provides:Â Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged on account of race, color, national origin, or sex.
Susan has been married to Tom Del Pesco for almost 60 years. They have two sons, Joseph, married to Helena and Nicholas, married to Juliana who have a son, Mateo.
