Clark\, Esquire\nDean and Professor of Law\nWidener University\nDelaware Law School \nTodd J. Clark is the current Dean of Widener University Delaware Law School.  Dean Clark is an avid scholar and writes on legal issues involving employment discrimination\, sports\, the intersection of hip-hop culture and the law\, and corporate justice \nDean Clark regularly teaches contracts\, employment discrimination\, sales\, business associations\, sports law\, hip hop law & social justice\, and corporate justice.  Prior to joining Delaware Law School\, Dean Clark was the Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and a Professor of Law at the St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law (“STU”) in Miami\, Florida where he worked for four years. Before transitioning to STU\, Dean Clark was a tenured professor of law at North Carolina Central University School of Law where he worked for approximately 12 years.  Before Dean Clark transitioned into the academy\, he worked for two years at Steptoe & Johnson\, PLLC where he specialized in employment law and medical malpractice defense.  After leaving Steptoe & Johnson\, Dean Clark worked for two years as a Lecturer in Law at West Virginia University where he taught legal writing and appellate advocacy. \nDean Clark received his undergraduate degree in political science from Wittenberg University in Springfield\, Ohio; his juris doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in Pittsburgh\, Pennsylvania; and his master’s in business administration from West Virginia University School of Business and Economics in Morgantown\, West Virginia. \nPhillip Closius\, Esquire\nDean of Wilmington University\nSchool of Law\n \nDean Closius served as dean and professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law and the University of Toledo College of Law. In addition\, he taught at Southwestern University School of Law (California)\, the University of Bridgeport School of Law (Connecticut)\, and the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law. \nDean Closius garnered experience in practicing law at several firms before establishing a career in academia and is Of Counsel for Silverman\, Thompson\, Slutkin & White\, a Maryland- and Washington\, D.C.-based firm.
