Through the story of Nexcore Industries v. The Delaware News Journal\, participants will analyze duties under the Delaware Rules of Professional Conduct\, including conflicts (Rules 1.7 and 1.8)\, candor to the tribunal (Rule 3.3)\, confidentiality and privilege (Rule 1.6)\, withdrawal (Rule 1.16)\, and reporting misconduct (Rule 8.3).
