SUMMARY:New Data Privacy Act 2024
DESCRIPTION:Delaware is the 12th state in the nation to implement a comprehensive data privacy act to give consumers more control over their personal data. The law takes effect Jan. 1\, 2025.  Come hear from the Delaware Department of Justice about the new legislation\, including the history behind the law\, its purpose\, and how it will affect companies that conduct business in Delaware.  The panel will discuss how the DPDPA intersects with the existing framework of laws in Delaware\, including business\, contract\, and consumer protection laws\, as well as provide insights and practical guidance on developing compliance frameworks\, conducting data audits\, and implementing privacy-by-design principles within organizations.  This is a must-attend CLE program for attorneys practicing in corporate law\, privacy law\, cybersecurity\, compliance\, and related fields. Whether you are advising clients on how to comply with the new law or helping them navigate the complexities of data privacy litigation\, this session will equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to address the challenges of today’s rapidly changing regulatory environment. \nThis seminar offers 1 credit for Delaware and Pennsylvania Attorneys.\nLocations available are Wilmington\, Dover\, Georgetown\, and Seaford\nRegistration FormCourse Materials×Key Changes in Criminal Appeals CLE\n\n\n \n Registration Type:\n \n Non-Member \n\n - \n $100.00 \n \n (Please click here to login for member pricing discount) \n	\n\n\n	\n	\n Location:\n \n \n \n DSBA Learning Center\n \n \n \n Georgetown - Tunnell & Raysor\n \n \n \n Seaford - Aleman & Associates\n \n	\n	\n\n	\n Credits:\n \n \n\n\n\n	\n \n \n PA Credit - $4.00 \n	\n\n	\n\n \n \n PA ID #:\n \n \n \n \n \n Please enter your PA ID Number\n \n \n \n\n	\n\n\n\n\n\n	\n \n \n NJ Credit - $4.00 \n	\n\n	\n\n \n \n NJ ID #:\n \n \n \n \n \n Please enter your NJ ID Number\n \n \n Please check video description to make sure NJ credit is offered before checking this box. \n \n \n\n	\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n	\n Add To Cart\n	\n\n	\n Cancel\n	\n\n\nRegister OnlineAdding to Cart... \n* Advertised price is for the standard member rate. \n\n\n\n\n\nCLE Pricing\nCost\n\n\n\n\nDSBA Members\n$50\n\n\nNon Members\n$150\n\n\nGovernment/SFSP\n$40\n\n\nPA Credit\n$4\n\n\n\n\nAll rates include CLE Seminar and any materials. SUMMARY:Linking the Blocks: Combining Blockchain and Traditional Data Sources for Collections
DESCRIPTION:Blockchain data\, by its very nature\, is immutable\, transparent\, and permanent. Collecting and analyzing this “on-chain” data can provide information critical to internal investigations and discovery. When links between traditional “off-chain” data sources can be made to the comprehensive on-chain data\, the results can be illuminating. This program will describe the intersection between on-chain and off-chain data and how links between those data sets can be established to enhance investigations and discovery. \nRegistration FormCourse Materials×Key Changes in Criminal Appeals CLE\n\n\n \n Registration Type:\n \n Non-Member \n\n - \n $100.00 \n \n (Please click here to login for member pricing discount) \n	\n\n\n	\n	\n Location:\n \n \n \n DSBA Learning Center\n \n \n \n Georgetown - Tunnell & Raysor\n \n \n \n Seaford - Aleman & Associates\n \n	\n	\n\n	\n Credits:\n \n \n\n\n\n	\n \n \n PA Credit - $4.00 \n	\n\n	\n\n \n \n PA ID #:\n \n \n \n \n \n Please enter your PA ID Number\n \n \n \n\n	\n\n\n\n\n\n	\n \n \n NJ Credit - $4.00 \n	\n\n	\n\n \n \n NJ ID #:\n \n \n \n \n \n Please enter your NJ ID Number\n \n \n Please check video description to make sure NJ credit is offered before checking this box. \n \n \n\n	\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n	\n Add To Cart\n	\n\n	\n Cancel\n	\n\n\nRegister OnlineAdding to Cart... \nThis seminar offers 1 credit to Delaware and Pennsylvania Attorneys. \nLocations available are Wilmington\, Live stream options in Georgetown\, Dover\, and Seaford \n* Advertised price is for the standard member rate. \n\n\n\n\n\nCLE Pricing\nCost\n\n\n\n\nDSBA Member\n$50\n\n\nNon-Member\n$150\n\n\nGovernment/SFSP\n$40\n\n\nPA Credit\n$4\n\n\n\n\nOUT OF STATE CLE CREDIT INFO \nThose attendees who wish to receive CLE credit\, other than from Delaware or Pennsylvania\, should contact their individual State’s CLE Commission for credit.
