DESCRIPTION:This seminar will provide an overview of the year’s developments in criminal law\, corporate law\, and general civil litigation through the decisions rendered by the Delaware Supreme Court. This will be followed by a discussion that highlights the recently concluded 2023 United States Supreme Court term and preview some of the significant cases in the Court’s current 2024 term. This seminar will be moderated by Justice Gary F.
