DESCRIPTION:It is imperative for legal aid support employees to be equipped with the tools to effectively address acts of workplace bias\, injustices and racism. Once increased levels of consciousness\, awareness and knowledge have been achieved around the importance of infusing diversity\, equity\, inclusion and belonging best-practices in the workplace\, the next step is ACTION! Knowing what to do and say in the face of workplace bias\, injustices and racism is essential for creating a workplace environment that preserves the psychological safety of all employees.
