CLE is a LIVE CLE ONLY. You may ONLY register for this event as a live participant. Unless otherwise instructed, you should report to the venue and check in on each day of the seminar/training.
Since 2017, DSBA has produced Superior Court’s mediation training program, training scores of mediators who are now eligible to provide mediation services to the Superior Court statewide. This 4 day training course will cover all of the necessary mediation skills training as well as instruction on mediation ethics. Participants should expect a wide variety of methodology for training including lectures, small group work, passive participation in mediation and active role play in mediation procedures.

Mediation Training is part of the DSBA Office of ADR Services which offers training and connections for further practice in this field.

This CLE will be conducted ONLY as a live CLE. To register, click the links above or visit www.dsba.org/cle and select this seminar. You should attend all days of this seminar to be certified as a trained mediator for Superior Court. Pursuant to Superior Court’s administrative directive, mediation training will be good for 7 years, at which time a mediation refresher course is required.
