Membership

Members

Dues are mailed on May 15th. Payments must be postmarked by July 1st to avoid a late fee. A subscription to the Bar Journal magazine and the Delaware Law Review, a copy of the Delaware Legal Directory and other member benefits are included in your dues payment.

New Admittee Section Membership

New Admittees are encouraged to participate in sections to increase expertise and expand professional contacts. To add/update your section membership, click here.

Associate Members

Attorneys who are members in good standing of the bar of another state, the District of Columbia or any territory of the United States and who are sponsored by a member of the Association and approved by the Executive Committee. To request Associate Membership, complete and return this form.

Student Members

Law students who reside in Delaware regularly enrolled in any law school approved the American Bar Association ("ABA") or nonresident students regularly enrolled in any ABA-approved law school located in this state. To request Student Membership, complete and return this form.
