Online Payment Security and Privacy Policy 

• Payment Security:
All Payments through DSBA use SSL (secure sockets layer) protection. When providing a credit card number, the information is retrieved and used consistant with all applicable laws and appropriate to the request and intent of the purchase.

When making online purchases, DSBA may ask you to provide certain information such as Bar ID number, name, address, and other identifying information.



• Forms of Payment:
For your convenience, we offer multiple forms of payment. We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All currency stated on the DSBA website is in U.S. dollars. If preferred, payments may be made via fax or mail. Please note that registrations for CLE seminars will not be processed until payment is received.


• Return or Refund Policy:
CLE Live seminars: Refunds issued only if cancellation is received one week prior to seminar. Cancellations must be received by fax, mail, or e-mail. If a refund is not available, a credit will be issued. Credit received from cancellation may be applied toward future seminars. Credits are valid for 2 years from the date of seminar. Legal Directory: If a Legal Directory is damaged, a replacement will be provided upon receipt of the damaged book. All purchases are final and no refunds are offered for Legal Directories.

Member Functions: If a member is unable to attend a function that has been previously paid for, the refund or credit will be handled on a per case basis.
